At Angel’s Creation, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every item we create is crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds so you can shop with confidence.
Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return. We encourage customers to inspect their order promptly upon delivery to ensure everything meets expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and packaged with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns. For health and safety reasons, personal care products such as African Net Sponges cannot be returned once opened. Additionally, custom or personalized products and items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at sherryangel@angelscreationllc.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your email should include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Once your return has been approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality control very seriously, but in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we ask that you notify us within three business days of delivery. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
Refunds and Exchanges
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified whether your return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within seven to ten business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a refund for the original purchase to ensure availability.
Shipping Costs
For standard returns, such as cases where the customer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount. If the return is the result of an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective product, Angel’s Creation will cover all return shipping expenses.
Return Abuse Policy
Angel’s Creation ensures to maintain a fair and honest shopping experience. We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who display patterns of excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return activity.
